Supervision

Regular supervision ensures commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD). It also achieves informed, reflective working practice providing a high standard of care for the client.  Supervision should be provided regularly and consistently to enable the supervisee to reflect on and develop their practice.

Dr Karen Shannon Associates (DKSA) has extensive experience in supporting staff MDTs and individuals in the supervision of their clinical practice. Supervision is an essential requirement, in particular for those working with complex and challenging cases.
